• 4 (x) studio monitor speakers 
• 2(x) Laptops to run software, visuals 

Generator

We're trying to obtain (borrow, rent) a biodiesel generator. This would be a good promo for a possible partner, and hopefully a way to lower costs. To purchase a 6500W portable diesel generator would be about $1100.

Energy Consumption: 

• (2) 40" flat panel monitors (approx 300W ea = 600W)
• (4) studio monitor speakers (approx 100W ea = 400W)
• (2)  Laptops to run software, visuals (approx 100W ea = 200W)
• (1) 4 channel mixer  (approx 100W)

Printed Material

• Banner Printing 3' X 9'
• Business cards (anywhere but Kinko's or Staples!!! suggestions??)
• T-shirt Printing (AdHoc Arts? They are available, hopefully we can work something out.)

Furniture

• 2 1 Secure stands for monitors (I think a 5 foot wide metro shelving unit will suffice for this... need one more)
• A Podium!!! Should I build one? Anyone have an in to Materials for the Arts? 
• Folding Table for Laptops Check
